Bryan S. Lazorik, CBSE

Bryan Lazorik has been President of Bryco Services since he founded the company in 2001. Under Bryan's direction and leadership, Bryco Services has experienced consistent growth over that last fifteen years, with more aggressive growth in the last two years. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Purdue University by attending classes during the day and cleaning accounts at night. Bryan then earned his MBA from the Univsersity of Notre Dame. Bryan uses his twenty years of management experience as well his Purdue and Notre Dame education to lead the company in the areas of strategic planning, fiscal responsibility, sales, training and community outreach.

Being a part of the local community is a high priority for Bryan; he currently serves as immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves on several local economic development boards. Bryan is a contributor to the Lakeview Food Pantry, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, St. Jude's Children Hospital, the Beagle Freedom Project, the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, various local theater and arts programs, fraternal police orders and school athletic programs.

Traveling the world and experiencing local cuisines has become quite a hobby for Bryan. He also enjoys cooking at home for friends and family and is an accomplished musician.

 

Corey Bush, RBSM

CoreyDirector of Business Development

Corey Bush has been Director of Business Development for the past four years. In this time, Corey has helped Bryco Facility Services gain a significant market share in our service areas. Corey graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. His experiences at Purdue have fueled his motivation to help our clients and contribute to the success of our company.

Professional education and development are important to Corey. In 2016 Corey became a Registered Building Services Manager through the Building Services Contractors Association International. To achieve the RBSM designation, Corey successfully passed a comprehensive, four-part examination and provided written documentation of his supervisory and management experience in the contract cleaning field. The RBSM designation makes him an expert in the most effective methods of managing people, equipment and supplies. Corey ensures that the best cleaning practices and techniques are applied in the most effective manner. In order to keep his designation, Corey has committed himself to a program of continued education through industry seminars, in-house training and other programs.

Corey is an active member of the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors. He is also Chair of the Annual Golf Outing committee and was a founding member of EPIC, a Crossroads Chamber young professionals initiative. He also serves on IGNITE the Region.

Corey is an award recipient of the NWI Times 20 Under 40 Class of 2019. 

In his spare time, Corey enjoys spending time with his wife Julie, daughter Emma, son Lucas and yellow Labrador Retriever Ellie. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys the Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks. When he is not working or with his family, Corey works on his lesser dream to one day join the PGA. No worries, he will be with Bryco Services for many years.

Corey has managed successful business partnerships with some of the highest regarded companies in the region and looks forward to continued success in the future.
